Specific Consideration

Hip Citizen Creative, LLC periodically uses images from Getty Images, doing so exclusively for comping purposes and for durations of not more than 30 days in accordance with Getty Images’ Comping File and Film Preview License Agreement. These images are clearly marked and subject to the copyright provisions of Getty Images.

Use of the Site

This Site and the Hip Citizen Creative Content are intended for customers of Hip Citizen Creative. You may not use this Site or the Hip Citizen Creative Content for any purpose not related to your business with Hip Citizen Creative. You are specifically prohibited from: (a) downloading, copying, or re-transmitting any or all of the Site or the Hip Citizen Creative Content without, or in violation of, a written license or agreement with Hip Citizen Creative; (b) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (c) manipulating or otherwise displaying the Site or the Hip Citizen Creative Content by using framing or similar navigational technology; (d)  using the Site or the Hip Citizen Creative Content other than for its intended purpose. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and applicable communications regulations and statutes.
